Luz started her yoga journey in 2012, during a challenging period of her life, in which she began to feel the authenticity of yoga, which is not just about stretching, but more importantly, about feeling peace, discovering one’s essence, and advancing spiritually.
She studied 200 hours and 400 hours courses at Yoga Jiva Daya School, as well as a course specialized for cancer patients with Amy Dara at Zentro Urban Yoga Madrid, and Reiki level 1 and 2. Since last year, she has been practicing and studying Prana Kriya Yoga with Yogi Kaivalyananda.
Luz is open minded, considering that there are several spiritual paths, and is respectful to all of them. We can add, she has been studying and practicing Buddhist teachings for several years.
She always tries to focus on the purest knowledge and practices of yoga and spirituality that she can find today, and maintain their essence.
Luz loves sharing the practices and teachings she appreciates so much. She adapts her classes to the people who receive them but we can say that, in general terms, they are focused on relaxation, pranayama, asanas and meditation.
